Every new client sits down first. We ask what you've done, what hurts, what you eat, and what you actually want. Then we test movement before we prescribe it. Guessing is not a training method.
Sessions run forty-five minutes, one on one. You get written programming, honest macro numbers, and a check-in between visits. If the plan isn't working, we change the plan, not the person.
